Accidentally sent mail to the wrong person =(

Ok, I did a toon race change and name change then I was mailing mats like five mins ago from Holyrack to Smalpox, I think I may have misspelled my name and lost the mats to god knows where is there anything to fix this??? It was like 1.5k gold worth of mats THANKS! Hoping someone can fix it before it gets there.

I can see that you've submitted an in-game petition - that was definitely the right way to go. While we are not always in a position to help, I sincerely hope that our staff are able to lend a hand in this case.

In the future, it's always important to double check the names of the characters that you are sending mail to, particularly if you're sending something valuable.
