Recruit a friend rewards not received.

I have recently recruited a friend who has payed for 6 months of full game time and i have not received either of my rewards (1 Month or X53 Touring Rocket). I have read up that the credit card is not billed until the free 30 days are used up that come with a new subscription, however it has been 30 days as of 2 days ago and i have yet to receive my reward. Im curious as to why this has happened and if i will have to call customer support to receive my reward.

Yup! Payments by Credit Card, PayPal, and PaymentOne will not actually process until all free time on the recruit account expires. In this case, that includes both the 10 day trial and the 30-day game credit your recruit received after upgrading to a full account.
