Blizzard didn't restore my account

Help please =(

as of early Sunday morning of last week my account was comprimised, all the gear that was on 3 characters on ulduman were stripped of what gear could be sold, I called recovered my account and sent an in game ticket and was told they would be investigating asap. I provided them with gear for my main character to assist in the investigation and have waited patientally for my items that were stripped from me and my guild bank to be restored as of last night I recieved mail from a gm by the name of Arreshtia saying their investigation is complete and all that I got was some worg haunce frostweave cloth and a epic 219 that I had vendor won out of doing the weekly..None of the gear I had was restored and none of the items taken from my gbank as well, they told me if I had issues to contact you.
Please I know its my responsibility to keep my account safe, I thought having Norton security would be enough but i was wrong I am buying an authenticator with my next paycheck and will even change my password regulary just for precaution I have included the items I knew I had for my main which is a resto druid..Please dont tell me that there is nothing Blizzard can do I have had ppl hacked and returned to full in 2 days or so, dont leave me with junk saying I am restored when I clearly am not I have even included the items that were taken and I have followed up messaging them at [email protected] and am posting to see if I can be helped in the meantime

sliver or pure ice
choker of filthy diamonds
cord of dark suffering

My gems I am not entirely sure I know I had mostly purified dreadstones, but am not really concerned with them atm

and if I remember correctly I had 61 frost badges total which were taken as well

But please dont have made me wait for over a week for nothing

Can you check again, Salteen - looks like a bit more work has been done on this for you.
