Restoration queue

i know it takes 8-10 days but i figured i should post and make sure im in the queue since a couple days ago i got an email that wanted me to take a survey about how helpful in resolving your issue they had been.

^^ This is correct - and compromises can sometimes go through a few hands, really depends on what was done.

I do show an open investigation on this account - it's at 2 days 10 hours at the moment. Currently that queue is a bit over a week - so you have a few days before you are likely to hear from your Specialist. They will email you with the results once they have looked into this for you.
