Am I SOL on restored items?

I was hacked 3 weeks ago. I found and removed a trojan, reset my password and requested a restore. I also ordered an autheticator. I then went on a 2 week vacation to a small Agean island with no internet. On returning, I found that I had been hacked a second time, this time 2 toons were transferred and another attempt to transfer failed. Although my main is still missing his items, another lower level toon has a few restored items in his mailbox (74 days remaining).

My authenticator isnt here yet and im not picking up any threats on this machine with virus and spyware scans. My GF uses her account on the same machine and has yet to be hacked, so im guessing the hack is just guessing my PW.

I guess my question is, if the restored items were re-sold, do I have no chance of getting them back?

We'll do our best to restore the items once more, Teller. You may want to take a moment to change your registered e-mail address and password from a secure computer before you request restoration, though. For more information on how to secure your computer and report your account as compromised, please review the following articles:

also must add, any transfers that were made by hacker must not get played, they will get rolled back before what happened if they reverse it.

Excellent advice. Thank you, Nipah!

Thank you Aredek, I hope to make the request when I get my authenticator... Is there a time limit on my next request that I should be wary of?

Not really, Teller. We truly want to help get you back in the game and fully restored. As long as the requests do not become excessive and seem as if repeatedly falling into the same pitfalls, we'll do our absolute best to restore your account as many times as necessary. Please be aware that the average wait time is currently around 8 to 10 days, however.
