Very Unprofessional

First off I know it's not the World of Warcrafts development teams fault here but I feel I just need to vent.

I signed up for my WoW Magazine back at Blizzcon '09 and payed my 40 bucks for my year subscription. I recieved my first issue just shortly after it was released. I have eagerly awaited my second issue and have still not recieved it yet.

I have E-mailed the people resonsible for the Magazine itself 4 times not. 3 Automated responses and 1 actual person that basicly said I don't have a subscription and that they need my personal info to continue their investigation on the matter. That was 2 days ago.

I think the way that all this has been handled so far has been very unprofessional in it's entirety. I payed for my year subscription, suddenly it doesn't exist and they have no idea what's going on. I would like to continue my receing of the Magazine cause I loved the first one, but if that's not the case I want my money back. This is bad business... I expected more from a Blizzard affiliate.

Anyways. I'm sorry for taking your time up with this... As stated. I just needed to vent something fierce...

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you've had a poor experience so far, Grumb. While I wish there was more I could do to help remedy this issue, I'm afraid that the Blizzard Entertainment Customer Service staff is unable to assist. I do, however, suggest that you consider replying to the most recent email to inquire as to whether or not the magazine can be shipping expeditiously.
