Hi just wanted to say thanks to all the ppl who handled my restoration on my account. I was hacked on 5/17 and called blizz first thing that morning. The guy who took my call was super nice and super fast in getting my account back in control. He put in a ticket to a GM and I was omw to restoration. I got my stuff back on 5/26, it seemed like a very long wait and I have to admit I got really grumpy but then I realized what a task it must be to restore everything on several toons. I am just happy that blizz decided to help me get my stuff back b/c I know it's not a rule that they have to give anything back. I was a happy girl when i got that e-mail and I hopped on and took a peek at all my toons. I have to give props to GM Zanimoth b/c he did an awesome job at bringin all my stuff back and my lost toons. So guys if your waiting on a restore be patient and thankful, I know it's hard and frustrating, but it will come =) Ooo and now i'm rollin an authinticator which I did'nt have before! So anyways yea thanks to all the ppl that work on these kinds of things =)

Glad to see you both back in the game and fully restored! Just because everything is all fixed up doesn't mean you have to stop visiting us here on the Customer Service forum. Anytime you have a pertinent question you're not sure the answer to, please feel free to drop by and ask!
