Account Hacked/Item Restoration Questions

I hope I post this in the right place.

My account was hacked on May 22nd around 12:30am (had friends online watching it happen *cries*) and I called the 800 number listed (went to billing i think) as one of the places to start.

The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and nice. he got things started (like removing the invalid authenticator) and I did get a few automated emails the first day and I think the second day too. But I haven't heard anything since. I saw a few other posts here where some were able to get an update on their status in the queue and know that things are still proceeding so I was hoping for the same.

I also, through some addons, was able to create a list of everything missing...I hope....
I just wasn't sure who to send this to but I thought it might help with restoration of money and items missing. Too long of a list to try and send through the in-game support forms though.

Any information on the status of my account, at least, would be greatly appreciated!

While I'm unable to tell you where you are in queue, Caillet, I can definitely confirm that you are still in queue. Right now, full account restorations are requiring about 8 to 10 days to complete (sometimes less, sometimes more), and you've been in queue for about 6.5 days. :)
