Downloading/Installing the PC Client

Hey all,

Re-posting this from the Tech Support forum to try and grab an answer right quick.

Had to re-install the game after a needed reformat and I managed to lose my disks! I downloaded the InstallWoW.exe and tried to get the "WoW: Wrath of the Lich King" download going, but it gives me only "Downloading New Installer..." on the install screen and goes nowhere. Then I tried backing it off and downloading the "WoW: Burning Crusade" and got stuck on the same point. Only when I downloaded the original WoW client was I able to get anything installed and then patched up to 3.3.3.

Any published work arounds for this problem? There's nothing in the stickies or the FAQ. Help?
