Trial account banning - Blue Tracker

A friend of mine thought wow was stupid. I made him a trial account and he fell in love. Every single day he would rave about how epic everything was, always new stories about a quest in some forest or a mob that almost killed him.

Then after 2 days on his first account, it got banned.
3 days on his second account and it got banned.
4 days on his final account and it got banned.

He was planning to upgrade to a full account after the 10 day trial, but he kept getting banned and would have to create a new account. By the time his final account was banned he was low on patience and had run out of e-mails. He said that unless he can get his account back then he would quit and go back to runescape.
Please give him back his account, he was planning on upgrading today but he just found out it was banned. He did absolutly nothing to deserve these bannings, he didn't even know how to chat and was couldn't hurt an in-game fly.

I only find an EU account connected to that email (which really is unwise to post in public).

Are you certain that wasn't a phish?

We don't threaten. If we have sufficient cause to think something is afoot, we take action then contact you.

as you guessed the person was attempting to acquire your account. You did the right thing by not falling for it. As for the complexity; you will get used to it. As far as games go wow is easy to learn, tough to master.

I wish the blue would help fix my problem though.....

I asked above for a character name/realm on one of the accounts in question, Dunvel.

The only thing I could find on the email you listed was an EU account.
