Issue after issue

After some time away from WoW, I decide it was time to return. I therefore download and install WoW once again and paid for a month worth of game play via mastercard. When attempting to log in I was prompted to join battle.net, which I did, and then merged my WoW account to my battle.net account. I was still unable to log in and am told, "There may not be a game attached to my account." or "you may be attemtping to log on in a different region to what you have selected."

Created another post about this and I Blizz rep gave me some instructions which have lead me having to download WoW, BC and WotLK all over again! I'm extremly frustrated and not at all happy with Blizz's help, I've sent emails, attempt to call and nothing has changed.

Please help, at this rate my month will be over before I can even log in.

Thanks.

You are using your Battle.net password and ID to log in?

That would be the email you set your Battle.net up under and password.

Thank you for the quick response. Yes was logging on using my Battle.net account email and password.

The account you are posting under seems added, I'm not sure what the issue could be unless there is a typo somewhere.

You might want to give Billing a ring on this for further assistance. They can double-check your email, etc.

Have you tried recovering your password from the front page link? Also, it looks like you changed it on 6/6 - are you certain you are using your most current password?

DOAH!

I am so sorry, I totally missed the region message.

You need to call Billing on this. That indicates that email has been used in another region.

I am so sorry, I totally missed that in your original message.

You'll want to setup another email for this and contact them.

I am certain I have the right email and password.

EDIT: Okay, thank you. Hopefully will be resolved shortly. Thank you once again for your support.

Usually a region message indicates an email issue - conflicting elsewhere.

Naturally, you should be using the US version of the game as well.

Billing is still your best course of action on this I think.

I'm playing from Australia, and had the EU version to start and as I said was told to uninstall and reinstall US version, which of course lead to the 7.5GB download. :(

That may have been part of it as well, you did uninstall though?
