Problem with Pay by Phone Option

Hi, about half an hour ago I started a one month recurring subscription via Pay By Phone, but I still am not able to log in-game, but I'm able to log in the forums again.

In my payment log it says

4/10/10 $14.99 USD 1 Month Recurring
Pending

as the latest payment... but the date isn't correct, I'm not sure what's going on.

Also my account status is as follows:

License Status: Active (Expires: {0})
Subscription: $14.99 1 Month Recurring
Next Bill Date: <This is blank>

Any ideas?

It sounds as if the updated subscription has not yet processed, Arthumus. I'm afraid that I do not have access to the information necessary to help troubleshoot this with you, but our Billing department should. I encourage you to contact them using one of the following methods:
