Item resto question

Hi,

Two days ago I was hacked. I immediately regained account control and sent an email to account support/billing and got the response that it was being investigated.

This morning, my credit card billing failed (I had gotten a new card and forgot to update it). Did this affect my ticket at all? Basically I want to confirm that I'm still in queue. Thanks so much!

You are indeed still in queue, Deathquoi. Whatever payment issues you may have experienced this morning did not affect our ability to assist you with your account restoration. :)
