My account keeps getting hacked

My account got restored not too long ago due to someone hacking my account and robbing me,but it's happened again and I don't know how it's happening. I've changed my password,ran scans on my computer,and trying to do what is advised to do yet i don't know why I keep getting compromised

What really vexes me is I just got the email today from blizz that my account had gotten all my things back that were lost again due to the hacking,but when I logged in to check the mails..The hacker went and deleted all the items that I was suppose to get back. I'm very frustrated and i don't know what to do. I bought the authenticator though it's still not gotten here,yet I got the corehound pet this morning 0.o,so maybe it'll be here soon but idk,this is so very annoying:|

No, that's an indication the person that compromised your account put one on.

Did you check the security of your email as well as your system?

Looking here - they managed to get this locked for you. Personally, I'd recommend you not have that lifted until your authenticator arrives. Also, that will give you time to go over your security a bit more. Even with an authenticator, it's important to make sure your system and email are secure.

Something weird I noticed was that whoever hacked me made other characters on other realms? When I clicked the realm list it shows I had 1 character on realms I never made one on,but when I tried checking that realm nothing showed up.

Not uncommon at all, they were probably being used to spam trade chat with advertising.
