Suspended for 3 hours for spamming?

Anyone else gotten one of these recently? I havent logged in the game in maybe a week and today I got an email from blizzard saying I had a 3 hour ban for spamming in game gold websites. I thought it was a fake at first so tried to log in and sure enough it was suspended. Usually when this happens I would expect to log in once the suspension was up and find naked characters and no gold. But all my gold was there as well as my gear. Also neither Malwarebytes or Norton 360 picked up anything on full scans and my password was never changed. Has anyone ever heard of a gold spammer not jacking your account or stealing your gold or did Blizzard just ban me by mistake?

Are you certain that your characters were untouched, Anerisws?You submitted a petition back on the 27th that says to the contrary.

I highly recommend that you review the following thread and check out the security section. Not all scanners will find all types of keylogger or other malicious program and some can only find a program when the client is running.
