[Bug] Blackrock Holding Pens

The Blackrock Holding Pens in Redridge Mountain don't seem to reset after someone has opened them already.

These are part of the quest Prisoners of War.

I know redridge isn't fully finished but progress was made after the last time I was playing there :)

Right, Redridge is still being worked on. It will be done soon ;). Thanks for the report!
