We try to get to stucks as quickly as possible, when you submit a petition from an alternate character make sure you use the Stuck category and include the name and realm of the character that is stuck, you may also want to use the word "Stuck' in the petition so it can be easily recognized.

Odd thing is that I did the quests previous to the one Im trying to get access to. I can see it on the mini map, and according to my quest history I have done the quest leading up to it. So unless there is a hidden rep score needed, I'm not sure whats up with it.

Are you certain that was on this character, Stonemender? I am unable to find any of the previous quests completed. The following have not been done.

I see that you did Faction Change in April, which would mean that your Shadow Vault quests would need to be completed again as they reset with a Faction Change.

What exactly are you seeing? An exclamation mark? When you put your cursor over the exclamation mark on your mini-map what is the name of the NPC shown?

How is your quest history delivered to you? I assume an addon, are you certain that the information is up to date since your Faction Change?

Ok, you should be set. It looks like your Faction Change did not completely translate from Alliance to Horde leaving a few gasps. I believe I have taken care of those gaps and you should now continue question. You will need to redo some quests, mostly in association with Orgrim's Hammer but you should be able to pick up Time to Hide now.
