Could any GM please inform me as to why I was banned in the first place? or resend the email?

I know that this is the right email address. I had logged into account management on the site using that address (since it's a merged battle.net account), and it was showing when the ban was going to be coming off (it's how I knew I got a 24 hour).
Is it not in your power to resend the email?
