Temporary suspension, no clue why

Yesterday I recieved a 24 hour ban, but they didn't send me an email notifying me as to why. The ban just came off, and when I logged on, 6,000 of my gold is missing.

Could any GM please inform me as to why I was banned in the first place? or resend the email?

On 5/31 the email we sent you was incredibly specific as to what this was about, Neurological.

Did you not receive that?

This was sent to the registered address. If it's not found, you may wish to also double check that address with Billing - or even setup another specific to WoW alone. This can be resent - but if it goes to the same address, you'll likely not get that either.

Billing can change this for you on the phone if you setup another.

I know that this is the right email address. I had logged into account management on the site using that address (since it's a merged battle.net account), and it was showing when the ban was going to be coming off (it's how I knew I got a 24 hour).

Is it not in your power to resend the email?


Didn't AOL change their format awhile back to something else? That may be part of the issue here.

If you didn't get the first, resending isn't likely to reach you either.

I've asked this be resent, but again - if you don't receive it....it may be an issue with your email address.
