Arena Personal Rating Error (5v5)

Hi there, this week my 5's team encountered an odd personal rating error. As you can see my team is rated 2200, with a 95-55 season record / 9-5 week record for ALL members of the team minus Backupdancer (who has played no games), yet Hebro and I's personal ratings are 2180 while Mad, Riptidez, and Iadygaga sport a personal rating of 2200. Ignoring the obvious impossibility of identical match history, but non-identical personal ratings, here is what happened:

We were queing on tuesday, a mistake to begin with, and on the second match Hebro and I were disconnected from wow as soon as the que popped. Luckily enough, it seems that one player from the other team experienced the same technical error, so it ended up being 4v3. The team was very low rated and my teammates managed to pull off the win for a gain of 1 point. Hebro and I logged back in only to find that we still had the same W/L record for the week as our teammates, yet we seem to have been credited with a LOSS to our personal ratings, which took a devasting hit due to said team having a rating of ZERO.

To give further details on the issue, like I said it was our 2nd match of the day, I believe our 138th game overall, and it was against the zero rated team "rambunctious kids." I submitted an in-game ticket just to be told that I could not be helped. It is in the team's best interest to hold the team at 2200 so that Mad and Iadygaga can obtain their tier 2 weapons before we proceed, yet Hebro and I did not get the deserved achievement "High Five: 2200." We would like this inconvenience to be resolved so that we may finish off our arena master achievement while holding the 5's rating for our teammates.

Once again, at no time did Hebro and I lose to the esteemed "rambunctious kids", and under no circumstances should our personal ratings be credited with a loss to these players. At WORST, we may be excluded from the one point gained from defeating "rambunctious kids" as we disconnected. At best we should have the same personal ratings as our teammates as it was an obvious technical error on blizzard's end to begin with (3 participants were effected), and our match history is IDENTICAL. Please address this soon- thanks!

Simply, Gileril, we are unable to affect a players personal rating at all.

Disconnections are usually counted as losses, though you technically may not have lost to the other team because of the disconnect it negatively impacted your personal rating. I am sorry, Gileril, even if we could verify the cause of the disconnection as with us we would not be able to change your personal rating.

I am sorry for what frustration this may cause you and I hope your team is able to help you get to the desired rating.
