Billing Support Phone Service

I'm trying to contact billing support via telephone the number doesn't seem to be working.

The number from the billing and account services page (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=20606) for US support doesn't work.

Am I missing something or is it down right now?

What happens when you attempt to call 1-800-59-BLIZZ, Vendymachine?
