Account Banned, help!

(Initially I thought the account was hacked, now I think it may have just been banned, look towards bottom of thread, dont just post without reading the post.)

After years of seeing people and loling, I come home from class to find I have been hacked.

Now, I can find the information to get the restoration going, I was just glad to see that they missed the Gbank as well as at least some of the characters.

Can anything be done to lift the 72 hour suspension on the main account?

Also, I downloaded mobile authenticator for my iphone and noticed there was a message regarding a "jailbroken" phone. This doesn't make me wonder if it was my iphone that got hacked. My iphone is legit and not jailbroken so should I assume thats where the vulnerability occured?

I already scanned with housecall.trendmicro and came back with 0 results. Is there anything else I should use that anyone knows of off the top of their head other than Housecall to scan with?

Any advice you can offer would be appreciated.

If I cannot get my main account unbanned, can a GM at least tell me who got stripped on that account. The only two I really have any concern regarding are Philgraves and Loktara. Thanks.

I'm really sorry that your account was compromised, but I'm glad that you're remaining rather sanguine about the situation. Hopefully I can help!

Sure! You can email [email protected] to inform them of the situation that you're facing, and they should be able to investigate.

In fact, this would be a very good time to read our sticky on the subject. It includes a step by step guide to navigating the account compromise recovery process:

Not to worry - that message is a 'generic' warning, since 'jailbroken' devices typically compromise and inhibit the effectiveness of a Mobile Authenticator.

Actually, we're not able to provide that information, but you can rest assured that we'll deal with the situation appropriately.
