800-592-5499 dc's after IVR message...

...after waiting for the BlizzCon info, you hear a beep, then the message "This is a placeholder for the Billing English Emergency..." then the line drops. I have tried 10x from 3 different numbers.

Just thought ya'll should know....

I'm currently working with various members of our team to help identify the cause of this issue so that we may get you all in queue to speak with our Billing representatives as soon as possible.
