Am I going to get my character back?

Character name: Brownsuga (71 Shaman)
Realm: Frostmane (Horde)

Over 2 weeks ago, I got hacked and my characters deleted.

My characters and items got restored except for one, and the reason I suspect is because I had 1 free character slot on the server, which the hacker made a level 1 character with, then deleted with the rest of my characters. I made a new character to play until my account got restored, thinking I had a free spot on my character list.

Long story shortened; Blizzard felt it more important to restore the brand new level 1 character with 0 items and 0 experience than my level 71 shaman with gold, 450 alchemy with all recipes, black temple gear, a bank and bags full of auction house items and possible a mailbox full of auction house sale gold.

I put in a 2nd ticket for this character and mailed a 2nd email to customer service as I did previously.

I also had characters from another realm get deleted, and i had a ticket in on that realm for mailing a large sum of gold to the wrong name, which was resolved apparently during the account hack so I sent a ticket in for that as well once they were restored, but no email to customer service.

I got an email the other day, but I am not sure which issue they are referring to in the mail.

Q u o t e:
Greetings,

Thank you for contacting the World of Warcraft Game Master Department.

Unfortunately, the Account Investigator has recovered all the items and money that they were able to in the course of the investigation.

Please note that items with random modifiers (of the Bear, of the Eagle, etc.) are randomly generated; therefore we are unable to guarantee that you will receive the same modifier you had on your original item. We are also unable to guarantee the restoration of trade skills, as well as enchantments or add-ons (such as gems, scopes, etc.) that your character's items may have possessed. While we will make every effort to provide assistance in cases of loss, please keep in mind that the decision to go forward with a restoration is entirely at Blizzard's discretion. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have been caused.

Please take a moment to review the World of Warcraft Terms of Use at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html. Prior to using World of Warcraft, we highly recommend following the http://us.battle.net/security/checklist.html on our Account Security site at http://us.battle.net/security/index.html.
*** Please do not respond to this email as all conversations on this matter would be best handled online. ***

Cheers,
Game Master Ulrhish

Is this regarding the gold (which is fine, gold is easy enough to make) or my character that still has not been restored (which is not fine because of the time I put into this character)?

Thank you for your time, any information that can be given would be much appreciated.

The e-mail you received was in regards to the additional restoration request for one of your previously restored characters, Chilidogg. A Game Master is about to look into your restoration request for Brownsuga. My apologies for the delay!
