I recently recovered my account after a hack and my Pally was transfered and name changed. I spoke to a Billing Rep on the phone and they said that they submitted a ticket for a rollback but I have not received any email regarding an investigation. I was wondering if my account is already being investigated and how long until I get my rollback. Thanks.
