Character Rollback?

I recently recovered my account after a hack and my Pally was transfered and name changed. I spoke to a Billing Rep on the phone and they said that they submitted a ticket for a rollback but I have not received any email regarding an investigation. I was wondering if my account is already being investigated and how long until I get my rollback. Thanks.

You do have an investigation open on this, Tav. At the moment, it's just a bit over 4 days old.
They should take care of the transfers, etc., at that time. Once your Specialist has investigated this, they will email you with exactly what was done.

At the moment, these are running around 8-10 days, but that can go either way rather quickly.
