Completely Removing Parental Controls

I'm trying to figure out how to completely disable parental controls. Perhaps I'm just missing where to disable it on the website, but despite setting everything under parental controls to have no restrictions, I need to figure out how to turn off parental controls so I can test the RealID on the PTR. And, just in case the issue with parental controls locking out RealID continues once 3.3.5 goes live, I need to be able to use RealID so my spouse and I can set each other up on RealID.

I'm just not terribly familiar with that system, Aieny.

You may wish to call Billing for further assistance with that. Parental controls aren't something Game Masters can really touch, that's one of those things that require a bit more identification before changes can be made on our side.
