Account hacked and Blizzard processes wrong

I called about ~2 weeks ago to recover several accounts.

I had NOT played since about 6 months after TBC was released. When I called to recover my accounts it was because I could not remember all my registered email addresses. The rep I spoke to was very helpful and restored all of my accounts. However, he informed me that one of my accounts had been 'banned' for some sort of illegal activity back in January.

He told me he would put in a ticket request for a GM to look into it but that it would take 7-10 days. This morning I got an email from Blizzard stating that they could not restore items I had requested. They did an item restore request instead of an account investigation!

I would like to continue playing all of these accounts(there are 4 in total) but this is just annoying. I waited 7-10 days for a lazy GM to not even process the request right? Could someone please investigate this?

I sincerely apologize for any confusion, but it does not appear as if this issue as mishandled. The Billing representative forwarded your information on for further review to see if we could provide any restorations, but they also forwarded your information to our Account Administration team so that they could review the actions taken upon your account. There were two separate investigations taking place, and the e-mail you received was only pertaining to the item restoration investigation.

A separate e-mail was sent to your registered e-mail address providing you with additional steps on how to recover your account. The ban has been overturned; however, we need to verify some additional information before we are able to unlock the account. This e-mail is entitled, World of Warcraft - Account Recovery Instructions. Please follow each of the steps included within paying particularly close attention to the following portion:
