Stuck In A Pvp Game Loading Screen

I encourage you to open an in-game petition on your alt character indicating that your main character is currently stuck. Our Game Masters should be able to address your petition fairly quickly if you use the term "stuck" within the petition text.

A ticket (or in-game petition) is a method by which you can request help from our Game Master staff in-game. To open a petition and contact a Game Master:

- Press the Help Request button (? on your menu bar).
- Select one of the following:

-Talk to a GM - Select this option if you wish to be contacted by a GM
-Report Issue - Select this option if you do not need to be contacted by a GM
-Character Stuck - Select this option if your character is stuck.
- Review the text and click on the "Open a Ticket" button (or "Auto-Unstuck" if you chose Character Stuck)
- Enter a description of the issue.
- Press the "Submit" button.

On your menu bar there is a red question mark located just to the left of your bags. Click that button and then follow the instructions listed above. :)

Oh, that's not necessary. Simply wait patiently for a member of the Game Master staff to send you a message.
