Hung up on by billing support =(

hi

just like to say my account was compomised 4 days ago now they changed my user name password and put an authenticator on,

when i call billing support i get tho the auto massage spam stuff and then they tell me to hold and then it just hangs up

wtf do i do?

It looks like we had a brief issue which prevented players from getting through to our phone lines, folks. This issue appears to have been resolved now, but due to the high volume of calls we're receiving, it's possible that you may hear the "all of our representatives are busy" message.

I encourage you all to continue calling so that our Billing and Technical Support departments are able to assist you as soon as possible.

The issue was resolved, quite literally, just before I made that post, Kes, but if you're experiencing issues after I made the post, please let me know.
