where do i go to redownload my game? do i need to use the disk again?

I also believe there is a link in the account management page to download the client but the Account Management server and related areas are undergoing some maintenance at the moment and are not available.

There is no need for the game discs, Alavelor, though it may be slightly faster to install if you have them. In the event that you do not, you are welcome to use the above links, which are the exact same ones that you will find on the Battle.net paage, to download and install the game anew.
