Why am I paying for in-game support?

Technically speaking, you're only paying for server access.

That said, I'm sorry that you're dealing with long petition queues. Nobody likes it, not even Blizzard. They're continuing to hire (which they've been doing since day one, I might add, but they're just not keeping up with the demand) and find ways to reduce the need for players to submit petitions.

Would you or your fiancee be willing to share the topic of the petition? It may be something we can help resolve here, on the forums.

It was my ticket that started this discussion which has gone off in way too many different directions that are not important or relevant. Here is the problem, 1. whether paying for it or not having this interactive type of customer service in game was blizzards choice to do and if there was going to be or is a problem now either take it away or fix the problem. I do not think it is something to be fixed overnight but definitely something to be looked at and dealt with in whatever is the best way to do so. So in that regard quit acting like blizzard or anyone on here is personally being attacked with this.

We happen to agree completely, and we're taking steps to address the lengthy wait times. Unfortunately, these resolutions do not come swiftly, as you've pointed out, but this is a very high priority issue for us, and we realize, for our customers. I would like to point out that wait times are only part of the equation, and we are still very focused on providing top quality service and responses once we can actually process our player's petitions.

2. The ticket is and was about a character on our server who continually challenges other to come to him and fight him in real life saying he has a gun and is in a gang and has killed before, on top of the fact that 90 percent of the other things he says in trade are extremely sexist, racist, crude, demeaning to most of the population and has a love for saying the obscene. I know most of you will respond and tell me to ignore this person well personally for myself I have put numerous ( and I mean a lot) of ticket stating the things that he does and nothing has been done thus far as for the ignoring that would be great if everyone else in trade (all of whom I encourage on a reg basis to ignore this guy) didn't get so offended and start a whole other can of worms. I cannot ignore them all I hit my max ignore everyday. So this is an issue no matter how you want to look at it bc I (and I am not the only one) have played less and less bc the issues are not being dealt with.

I understand that your contact with this individual was probably rather frustrating, and I'm sorry to hear that anyone at all might have ever disrupted your play experience. We do take harassment seriously, and I encourage you to report those who violate our policies by name, in an in-game petition. We will investigate and take any and all appropriate action to deal with the situation. We will not reveal the action taken against another player's account, however, due to our privacy policies. You can find out more about this on our policies article here:
