Character Restoration

I was wondering how LONG it takes to get a restoration because ive had a ticket up for about 1 week and no one has replied... Ive done this before and it took like two hours.

Or have fun with it. I guess it depends on your perspective. In either case, our staff are working to investigate and provide restorations as soon as possible. As always, no restoration is ever guaranteed, but we'll do our best to help.
