I'm sorry to hear that you might be confused or upset about the wait time. I can review when this report was submitted though, and it was almost exactly a week ago, not 10 to 11 days. I can see that you submitted your report via email though - and it's possible that you sent your email a bit prior to the point where it was actually processed and put into the queue for investigation and restoration.

We are working to reach our players and process these investigations as swiftly as we can, but they are actually rather complicated and delicate, and they take time invested by qualified personnel.

Also, individual investigations can sometimes be processed more quickly than others. Might I ask the name and realm of a player whose account compromise restoration was submitted after yours was, but was completed first?
