I'd need to know a character/realm before I could even begin to look into this for you.

I had ßreezy restored on Realm Tichondrius

Well, that is NOT banned, that account is locked.

They need you to submit identification verification so they can verify the person asking all this be done is the legitimate account holder.

That is actually for your protection. I know it may be a little more inconvenient, but they don't ask for that without good cause.

Send in the requested documentation and the restoration portion looks to have actually already been completed.

Oh my, looks like in all the emails that went out in connection with your compromise, that particular one may have been missed. I do apologize for that.

I've had a new one sent, you should receive it soon. It's really a simple matter of confirming you are secure.

My account was not compromised. Please open my account so i can play.

Did you get that email?

That's what you need to respond to so that can be done.

Edit: Ahhh, I see the concern you have.

You could also basically email the information that form requests to [email protected]. That would allow you to confirm your system and email are secure - and offer a bit more explanation.

They just need to know you are you - and that your system has been tended to.
