Daily Reset Time Change?

So I was under the impression that dailies reset at 3am server time. This was what happened last night.

What happened between last night and tonight that it changed to 4am?

I thought that only happened when the daylight savings thing occurred but as far as I am aware, there wasn't a daylight savings event in the last day.

We go through this a couple times a year.

There is a difference between when the quests reset - and when the quests change. Normally, those should be the same, but after a time change that can vary a bit.

If this has changed for you that would because the realm has finally updated.
