Guild Bank deleted toons not touched?

OK I got a bunch of ingame mail from customer support, returning items to me from my guild bank that was supposedly comprimised. BUT, it wasn't comprimised, only toons in the guild were mine my wives and my kids. All of our accounts are fine, no gear gone, no actions taken against them. Only my guild bank is gone and everything I worked to farm. Thousands in ore gems and cloth gone, not to mention all the gold.

I recieved these ingame mail today, I purchased the Guild bank from a player, had some random junk in it, which I sold on the AH. Which is the junk you returned to me today for some reason. If you want to return items return my stuff of value that seems to have disappeared. I didnt call in or put in any tickets that anything had happend, so I dont really see where you got the idea to return oall this stuff to me.

Its all currently on this toon that Im posting on, bags and personal bank.

But I do want my guild back and all the items that were in the guild bank if possible, Ive spent the past month filling that bank and now Poof its gone for some reason.

Explanation would be greatly appreciated.

Also teh guild is still up on dragonmaw: I just checked it on the armory, but theres no members, why were all of my toons taken out of my guild?

I am terribly sorry, ÃÃ³rÃ³rÃ³ - I know this may be very confusing from your side.

The main issue here is the guild bank was sold to you during a compromise. That was reported and what you've seen so far stems from that compromise.

I'm asking this be looked into further, it's a bit of a tangle, but I have faith in our Specialists :), they'll attempt to get things as 'back to right' as possible.

I'd keep an eye on your email for further information.
