Ever since call to arms was introduced I have noticed that every class that can select tank, seems to, in order to get the satchel. I wait 30 minutes for a "tank" without ANY tank gear because he is a ret dps or dps dk. This means the group will wipe for hours even in heroics so one player can get his reward. Can anything be done about this. Can't SOME standards be set such as not allowing PvP ilvl gear "cheat" the requirement or that tanks have to have some dodge/parry gear? Please help. I Cringe every time the healer has more health than the "tank" because the tank is in all res/haste gear.
