22 days since my account was stolen

I'll make a time line for you

May 5th: My login information is switched out from under me. It's late at night so I have to wait until the morning to call billing.
May 6th: Billing resets my login information. I login to find characters transferred, gear vendored and gold missing. I fill out an ingame petition to start the recovery process.
May 7th: My account gets banned. Someone who's probably on the other side of the world logged in and removed >20,000 gold. Some type of alarm was probably set off and caused this. I email wowaccountadmin as soon as it happens.
May 8th: My ingame ticket was cancelled; I get an email telling me to fill out a feedback sheet from the GM who couldn't help me because I was banned.
May 14th: wowacccountadmin hasn't responded to my email. I'm pretty sure they're trying to ignore me, so I send them another one.
May 15th: I get a very generic "we know you're banned and we're okay with this" email from wowaccountadmin. Whatever caused my account to be banned happened when I did not have access to it, so I send them another email asking them to closer at the issue.
May 17th: I receive another bland "we're not unbanning you" email. I send them a third email asking if it's alright that I'm permanently banned because someone stole my account and violated the TOS with it.
May 18th: I receive an email from wowgm saying my issue has been forwarded to a specialist for investigation.
May 27 (today): My account is still banned, my characters are still on the wrong server (according to the armory), and I haven't heard anything from blizzard.

As much I love giving Blizzard money, I'm getting the feeling that my issue was thrown into the twisting nether. Is there a time limit on recovering items? I'm worried that if someone actually looks into my issue and realizes my account was compromised when it did stuff to get it banned so much time will have passed that I won't be able to recover my losses.

If any CSF moderators could be kind enough to, I don't know, give me an update? This is just a trial account I made so I can post on the forums. My battle.net email/wowaccount/characeter that's banned is <edit>

Based on the information you provided in your post, Coarsestone, I was able to look into your accounts. It looks like there has been a history here.

I understand that you claim that your account was compromised, though from what I can see, the circumstances surrounding that compromise are extremely suspect. Our investigation team has looked into everything that happened, when it happened and from where it happened.

You will need to continue your dialog with our Account Administration department.
