Anyone have loot taken away before?

i have a ticket in but was wondering if anyone else in the community has had an issue suddenly gone from their character/inventory before

i logged out yesterday after only being on for about an hour (ran daily frost and whatnot), and was in my PVP gear with my wrathful glad gloves equipped (recently obtained in the past few days via a VOA run - gemmed and enchanted that day - and had added them to my outfitter 'Battleground' outfit)

early this morning i logged on and see my hands are bare on my character - pull up my character sheet and i have no gloves equipped....odd....so i do a search via the bagnon search for 'wrathful' and again no find of my gloves - also searched my bank

I DID NOT DELETE THEM - cant sell them and if i had accidentally deleted them i would have had to type 'DELETE' into the box which im 100% positive i didnt do (cant say ive deleted a piece of gear on my main in a few years and if i get an upgrade it goes straight to the bank)

TL;DR - logged off WITH wrathful glad gloves on, logged back in next morning and they were gone

ps - also my armory from last night states that i had them equipped when i logged off and no one else has my info/password for my account

thoughts? feel like im going crazy T_T and not sure how much info they will give me when they even get around to my ticket or if the item will get restored
