So got hacked a good 8 or 9 days ago, sent the email to wowgm after i scaned my comp head to toe, and the email said a couple days wait on recovery and i was happy with that, afterall everyone can use a break from wow.
so after a solid week and not a single word from anyone at blizzard i called billing. and a nice guy called chris said it should hopefully be all done in 24 hours, as they have secured my account and are restoring my toons gear. (great news right :P)
so 24 hours later i get an email from blizzard and i think god yes. but...god no, it's just anoher god damn [u]blizzard customer service survey which i would gladly fill out, had my problem been fixed. which it still hasnt. Hoping to talk to a blue about this coz this is getting old. Thanks a million in advance :D
