Faction Transfer Help!

Ok so I faction transferred this toon from Alliance to Horde I got a email saying it was complete, so when I log back in there is a bunch of numbers and letters by his name and I cant log in because it says I need to complete the process that I started. I'm just confused about whats going on. Thanks to all that help me! :)

If you visit the following link, Bloodspine, do you have the option to unlock your character?

Have you completely shut down the client and rebooted the launcer.exe program?

At that link does it state that the Faction Transfer has been completed or is it still processing? From what I can see it looks like the transaction is still being processed. You may need to wait a bit longer.

Actually, it looks like the transaction has completed. Can you try again?

You logged completely out of the World of Warcraft client and rebooted it, Bloodspine?

Edit: Nevermind, it looks like the transaction is still pending. This may simply require a bit of time but again I'll see if anything can be done from this end.

The Faction Change seems to have gone through but there may be an issue with the payment processing. That is what I am trying to look at though Billing would be better suited for that. :)
