Hello,

I am from the scryers server. I had a bad experience with a loot master in voa 25 this week which prompted me to call customer services. They advised me to open a ticket and that the wait is probably 24 horus. It has now been 48 and my ticket just switched to "your ticket is being escalated". Other forum posts about this message seems to point towards another few days notice...

can you give me any advice on how long this ticket will take to be addressed, as I am holding out on server xfer until the issue is resolved.

Thank you :)

I am terribly sorry for the wait, Choleric.

I can confirm this has been sent to the Specialists queue to be looked into further for you, and your petition right now is just a bit over a day old.

It may still be a few days before you hear back. They should let you know one way or another whether we can assist. These are all very individual situations and have to be investigated in depth before that can be determined.

I do wish you all the very best.

Awesome,

Ty very much for your response! I edited my ticket as per the advice of the in game email I received form support. I didnt change anything other than the way it was structured to make it more comprehendable, and efficient to read. That shouldnt slow the process at all should it? Does editing a ticket change its place in the que system?

Once again, I appreciate your respons and understand that GM's have a lot of work to do sifting through all kinds of complaints. I always give positive feedback survey responses (also in customer service industry).

Ty again ;)

Editing is fine, shouldn't impact it's place in line at all.
