HELP I equipped an item I had tailored for my

I feel like an idiot, so I had my mail box open, I was sending my newly tailored deathfrost boots from my shaman to my warlock. Before I put them in the mail box my phone rang, when I got up to answer it my 7 year old son came over to the pc and doing his point and click thing he EQUIPPED the boots to my shaman. I opened a ticket but last one took like 3 days. Will a GM restore my item to BoE?
