Weapon Skill Stuck

My throwing skill has been stuck at 399 for a little over a week, I normally farm monkeys and dragons in Sholazar Basin 1~2 hours a day throwing my weapon at nearly every pulled to round up the mobs, I throwing my weapon regularly in heroics/raids trying to get it up and nothing works.

Someone make a suggestion? 399/400 is really bothering me and is also holding me back from master of arms.

As someone that has maxxed every available weapon on several characters - I can tell you this can take a LONG time for that last point....it's not really stuck - just feels like it :)
