If you're having issues with the Steamwheedle Cartel in Gadgetzan, you may want to consider hunting down some Southsea Pirates, Bellbank. I'm sure those pesky Goblins would appreciate it.

You may also be able to find a few quests to help you out. I'd say ask around a bit and check a few of our fansites for some helpful tips on how to raise your reputation!
