He still cant trade or chat in trade or do anything a trial account cant. He already payed so i dunno why he still has restrictions. Also i havent received any rewards and he added a 2 month game card. Technicaly that means i get the Rocket mount right?

As is stated multiple times throughout the upgrade process, it can take up to 72 hours for the trade and chat restrictions to be removed from an account following an online upgrade, but the leveling restrictions are removed immediately.

If you provide me with the name and realm of one of his characters, I'll gladly look into the Recruit-a-Friend issue, though.

That isn't linked to your account.

What has most likely happened is that instead of upgrading the trial that was linked - he made a new account. You may wish to contact Billing to see if there is any way that can be remedied.
