Dude just stole my gems HELP!

I traded this guy named my gems so he could cut them into the +20 strength, and when I traded him to get them back he demanded a tip.

Ok, except for I have no gold. I have nothing to sell and he won't give me back my gems. I told him I didnt have gold to tip him and if he had told me he wanted a tip BEFOREHAND i would have told him I didnt have money to tip and this whole mess could have been avoided. I opened a ticket but I know how long it takes for a GM to finally get around to responding to them and I really can't wait that long. Please help me ASAP!

It is a good reminder for future cases, both as the crafter or the person seeking to have something crafted, to be very clear about the full transaction before any trading is done.
