Banned with two conflicting expire times

My other account got banned and the message I got in my email says the ban will expire in 24 hours. But as I log into account administration on the main website it says the ban will expire Tuesday.

How do I know which is correct? Can I get some clarification on this please? I was thinking that the website time would be more correct since it's directly connected to my account but there's still no way of knowing for sure.

I'm afraid that I am unable to expand upon the information already contained within the e-mail, Pecan, but if you e-mail [email protected] they may be able to explain further. That being said, we're currently looking into the penalty duration as there does appear to have been a slight mix-up. I'll let you know as soon as more information becomes available.

It looks as if the duration issue has been resolved. If you log into your Account Management page, the suspension length should be accurate. :)
