How long does it take to "enter" the que?

My account was hacked a week ago today. I am not posting on the formerly compromised account, my main is Nitez on Magtheridon(US).

I sent several emails to blizzard about my account, but I'm confused as to *when* I entered the que. I'm pretty frustrated at the moment, having missed an entire week of progression raiding(I'm our guilds MT :/) and hearing little from blizzard other than "you're in the que."

When did I enter the "que" so I can get a realistic idea of when I'm going to receive my gear? According to my emails, it was wednesday, and on wednesday they told me that the estimated wait time was 3-4 days. I guess I got hit with an outdated generic response :/

Does this mean I'm going to miss another week of arena/raiding? Authenticators have a 2 week shipping time and I got it before I got my gear and items restored :|

There have been A LOT of accounts compromised in the last week. Every account that gets hacked makes the time it takes for restorations take longer.

Indeed, response times vary depending on the number of cases we have in queue as well as the complexity of each of those investigations. Nitez, it looks like your case has been in queue for nearly 7 days, you should hopefully hear something in the next few days.
