I'm just a little paranoid reguarding on my account atm so seeing ask there are a lot of players here posting topics on their account and got a response from blizz, that would lead me to make a topic reguarding on my account as well. Anyway, I just want a response from blizz in reguards to checking my account and status because it has been a week already since the last time I sent an email reguarding on hacked/compromise along with an in-game ticket queue which I got a response by either a cut and paste information or auto message response. Story is, I was fine playing last sunday and logged off quite early compare to my usual routine. Next day, Monday i went to work 8am. Checked my email around 12pm and got an email from blizz reguarding on my password being changed. Now I know if you were to change it yourself, u will get that email about it and clicked on link provided to change it. But my email said it has already been changed which should be the second email. So then on, I know my account has been hacked in and tried to recover my account ofcourse. After I successfully recovered it in like about 30min (first time happened to me as I had not expected at all it will happen) I got another email from blizz saying it has been banned, locked because of detecting exploit ingame. So i then did email by my phone since thats the only computer like device I have atm reporting of compromise account. Then I got home and emailed another to account admin and what they did was unlocked my account next day and changed my password I believed since I got an email this time with linked to change it and it's a legit email ( thought I was hacked again since this time I did add the authenticator on). So I went on and changed my password for the second time. I also went home tuesday and did an in-game ticket to GM and only to get a cut and paste like respose or auto response. But I still waited patiently to received my email stating everything was restored for 6 days. Til now all I want to know if my account is currently investigated or is it still in the queue, I know im not the only one that got hacked so I tried not to call again and again. My lvl 80 character is missing since I believed it went under investigation aswell since I did got another email that same day it was hacked about paid transfer not successful since blizz detect of unauthorized transfer which did made me happy but never got putten back to my original account. Hopefully everything can be restored since I immediately contacted blizz under 24hrs from knowing it got hacked. All my characters loot/gears/money gone beside my DK 3 heirlooms. Druid, main is gone and I kinda started another character but didn't play it much since the lend down was missing main. Plz also if possible to remove the other trial accounts that hacker made, it pisses me off when I see that and not able to remove it.
