Hacked but back in control with no toons

The hacker deleted everything and/or moved some toons to diferent realms... any clue how long til i can have everything restored?

It generally takes around 8 to 10 days for a complete restoration, Palanåwt, but this can fluctuate quite a bit depending on the ebb and flow of the in-game petition queue. Rest assured that we'll do everything we can to assist you as soon as possible, though.
